Balmain 0 – 2 Enfield

Enfield Rovers have booked a place in the final of the Bill Brackenbury Cup after a stirring 2-0 win over Balmain at Strathfield. After a physical start, it was deadlocked for most of the match with both sides going in goalless at half-time. It was Ronaldo Ribeiro Almeida who gave Enfield the lead on the hour mark which sent the bench into raptures. Cory-jnr Sharma Constance then doubled the lead with five minutes left to put the game beyond all doubt for the Rovers. Enfield now face Hurlstone Park Wanderers in the final on Saturday.

Enfield will be looking to go one better this time against the Wanderers after both sides met in the Final last year at Majors Bay Reserve. It was a late Jeremy Carboni goal which sealed the deal for the Wanderers last year. The task ahead is a big one for Enfield as Hurlstone Park are yet to lose this season.
