Inner West Council Seniors Festival has teamed up with Football Canterbury to bring Walking Football to the community.
Walking Football is a no contact sport with one main difference to standard football - no running. Play the game you love but reduce the chance of injury. It's ideal for men and women over 45 but open to all ages and abilities.
Walking Football Gala Day - Tempe Reserve Artificial Pitch
- Sat 11 Feb 2023, 9am-5pm (20 min games, 10 per half, multiple games)
- On New Artificial Pitch
- 4-a-side (No Goalkeeper) plus subs
- Small goals with a penalty area exclusion zone
- Click the 'REGISTER' button above to register and pay now. Cost is $30 per player for the day. Pensioners $20 - ($10 rebated with concession card).
- If you are playing with a team, please ensure you know your team name so that you can enter it when registering and paying.
- If you are playing as an individual, please type "Individual" in the 'team name' section of the reigstration form.
- You must Register and Pay before Tues 31st Jan 2023 to be sure of playing.
- If you'd like to participate in a free 'come & try' game (for people new to Walking Football) fill in our Expression of Interest (EOI) form.
